Overview
Unfortunately, due to privacy reasons, I can’t show the bulk of the work that I did at Intuit. However, I can discuss with you my experience over the past ~2 years I have been contracting at Intuit. I was a product designer on the Virtual Expert Design team, leading the improvement of platform capabilities, enabling customers to connect with live experts, generative AI bots, and mobile native work. Here are some brief notes about the work I did during this time —
Connecting to experts and customers
Designed solutions for customers and experts to connect in real-time.
Conducted research with experts and customers on new capabilities.
Contributed to new initiatives leveraging leading technologies, Intuit Assist a generative AI tech.
Designed high-level provocations and prototypes supplementing future capability strategy.
Mobile Native
Improved fit and finish for many existing capabilities related to customer collaboration.
Designed enhancements for Intuit’s platform chat capability.
Helped design and conduct live experiments in collaboration with cross-functioning teams.
Collaborated and crafted with project managers on mobile native strategy.
